Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients

For the rollups

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1 small onion, finely diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 refrigerated pizza dough

1½ cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

For the garlic butter

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

½ teaspoon dried parsley or Italian seasoning

For the dipping sauce

½ cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon pickle juice, optional

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a rectangular baking dish.

Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat. Break the meat into small pieces and cook until browned.

Drain excess grease. Add the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute, then allow the mixture to cool slightly.

Roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Spread the cooked beef mixture over the cheese. Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.

Cut the log into approximately 12 equal rolls. Arrange them cut-side up in the prepared baking dish.

Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried herbs. Brush half of this mixture over the rollups.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top. Bake for 22–28 minutes, until the dough is golden and the cheese is melted. The beef should reach 160°F (71°C).

Brush the hot rollups with the remaining garlic butter and garnish with fresh parsley.

Mix all the dipping-sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Serve the rollups warm with the sauce on the side.
